The series begins Saturday, January 10 and will air at 1:00 P.M. ET/10:00 A.M. PT. The series’ Host Eric Fleishman (aka Eric the Trainer), a fitness coach to some of the biggest stars in Hollywood, has a healthy living message for all who simply want to look and feel better. Each episode of CELEBRITY SWEAT will feature a different entertainer (actor, musician, athlete, etc.) showcasing the best of how they train, balancing fitness and nutrition, sharing their secret moves, and favorite workout tips – all promoting the best in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
