(PRESS RELEASE) -- London, United Kingdom (September 13, 2012) - Greg Loughran and Tim Newman will both return to Cage Warriors Fighting Championship action when they square off against each other in Wales next month.
Loughran (22-18-0), who recently signed an exclusive CWFC contract, has already fought three times for the organisation during a professional career that began 10 years ago.
The 29-year-old has defeated UFC veterans Andre Winner and Jonathan Brookins under the Cage Warriors banner in the past. He has also previously fought for Bellator.
The Irishman, who is on a four-fight win streak, holds other notable wins over the likes of Norman Parke, Francis Heagney and BAMMA champion Rob Sinclair.
Newman (8-3-0) finds himself back on a CWFC card for the first time since a spectacular 10-second KO of Grzegorz Tredowski at Cage Warriors 42 last year.
The likes of Diego Vital and Aaron Wilkinson are also among his victims and the 29-year-old Welshman will be eager to return to winning ways following a decision loss to Curt Warburton in December.
