Resurrection Fighting Alliance returns to the Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, Minnesota, Friday night, as RFA 36 will be televised live on AXS TV starting at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT and was slated to be headlined by the featherweight championship between Raoni Barcelos and Landon Vannata.

At Thursday’s weigh-ins, all of the main card fighters came in locked and loaded, clearing their weight limits with relative ease, making the card official, save for one of the most prominent combatants of the bunch

Vannata, one of the hottest young prospects in the sport, tipped the scale at a heavy 146.8 pounds. It was his first time dropping down to featherweight but the former welterweight and lightweight contender’s body shut down. He was unable to shed the extra weight.

Unlike the challenger, the defending champion was on point; Barcelos clocked in at 144.2 pounds. However, the Brazilian opted out of the fight altogether, thus scrapping the RFA 36 main event.

Filling in as the main slot on the marquee will be eight-time UFC veteran Chico Camus taking on Matt Brown. Camus hit the flyweight target of 125.6 pounds while Brown, who is dropping to flyweight for the first time in his career, clocked in at 125.4.

The co-featured fighters were both on weight as well. Melvin Blumer came in at 145 pounds while his featherweight foe, Matt Murphy, checked in at 144.

RFA 36 Weigh-in Results:

Melvin Blumer (145) vs. Matt Murphy (144)
