Two fighters went with songs with “Brooklyn” in the title: Dennis Bermudez with “Brooklyn Go Hard” from hip-hop legend Jay-Z and Paige VanZant, who opted for Beastie Boys’ iconic “No Sleep Till Brooklyn.”
The main event fighters weren’t as trendy with their musical tastes, however. Henry Cejudo, who was defending his UFC flyweight title, choose his familiar “The Show Goes On” by Lupe Fiasco. His counterpart, reigning UFC bantamweight king T.J. Dillashaw, walked out to his usual Red Hot Chili Peppers cut “Can’t Stop.”
