Sterling steps back into the spotlight with the wind of an eight-fight winning streak in his sails. The Serra-Longo Fight Team export last appeared at UFC 288, where he was awarded a split decision over 2008 Olympic gold medalist Henry Cejudo on May 6. Sterling, 34, owns a 15-3 record inside the Octagon. O’Malley, meanwhile, climbs into the cage unbeaten across his past five outings. The MMA Lab rep last competed on Oct. 22, when he eked out a contentious split decision over Petr Yan at UFC 280. The 28-year-old O’Malley has compiled an 8-1 mark in the UFC.
