Professional Fighters League’s “Battle of the Giants” will take over Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday, Oct. 19 for a mega pay-per-view event featuring crucial pound-for-pound implications for men and the No. 1 spot in all of women’s mixed martial arts.
Saturday’s PFL “Battle of the Giants” undercard—which airs live on ESPN+ at 1:30 p.m. ET—will be followed by a robust main card at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN+ PPV and Dazn as Francis Ngannou will make his long-awaited return to cage against 2023 PFL heavyweight tournament champion Renan Ferreira. In the co-main event, Bellator women’s featherweight queen Cris Cyborg toes the line with two-time PFL tournament ace Larissa Pacheco. Also, reigning Bellator MMA middleweight king Johnny Eblen will run it back with No. 1 contender Fabian Edwards.
Opening the PPV portion is one of the most intriguing 155-pound matchups of the year as former Cage Warriors king Paul Hughes takes a massive step up in competition to lock horns with former Bellator featherweight ruler A.J. McKee.
