Marina Rodriguez proved she could go five rounds against a notoriously durable opponent.

The Brazilian muay Thai specialist outlanded Michelle Waterson over the course of 25 minutes to capture a unanimous decision in the UFC on ESPN 24 headliner on Saturday night at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Since the bout was contested at flyweight, it won’t have much bearing on either woman’s 115-pound ranking, but it was nonetheless a solid showcase performance for Rodriguez against a game opponent.

Here is a by-the-numbers look at UFC on ESPN 24, with statistics courtesy of UFCStats.com.

6: Finishes since 2016 for Gregor Gillespie, who put away Carlos Ferreira with ground-and-pound 4:51 into the second round of their 155-pound encounter. That ties him with Kevin Lee for the second most finishes in the lightweight division during that time behind only Charles Oliveira (eight).
