Nothing about this pairing screamed quick finish, but Frausto needed less than a minute to get the job done in her promotional debut. Fifteen years Davis’ junior, “Macaquinha” tapped the Idaho-based muay Thai practitioner with a guillotine choke 48 seconds into their atomweight tilt at Memorial Hall. Frausto charged at Davis with punches, executed a takedown and applied her ground-and-pound before catching the choke. She later conceded a takedown, wrapped Davis in full guard and tightened her squeeze for the submission. Frausto has since gone on to become the King of the Cage women’s strawweight champion.
