7. Ricardo Liborio/Conan Silveira | American Top Team
Like Andre Pederneiras, American Top Team founders Liborio and Silveira have been around the sport since its beginnings, and the two Brazilians have crafted an organization that has stood the test of time and evolved to fit the shifting conditions of a growing and changing sport.
The only real knock on ATT is its lack of UFC champions, but Liborio and Silveira have a proven track record of developing young fighters. Their pupils display an above-average command of fundamentals and technique, and their work in the corner is calm and technical. ATT is a strong candidate for the best-organized camp in the business, with housing for fighters, a strong roster of coaches and reasonable fees for services, all of which has helped it withstand the ups and downs of the sport and evolve along with current conditions.
Liborio and Silveira have done excellent work for years, and there is no reason to think that will change anytime soon.
Number 6 » Although the pair has produced relatively few fighters in comparison to factories like American Top Team, the American Kickboxing Academy, Jackson-Wink MMA or Nova Uniao, those pupils have almost uniformly accomplished great things.
