In her second appearance under the Invicta banner, Aldana showed off the well-rounded skills that ultimately led to a contract offer from the UFC. The Lobo Gym cornerstone submitted Schneider with a rear-naked choke 65 seconds into their confrontation at the Shrine Expo Hall. Schneider tried to keep the Jungle Fight veteran at bay with leg and body kicks, but Aldana rushed forward with punches, drove the Erik Paulson protégé to the mat and advanced to her back during the scramble. Aldana set her hooks on Schneider while standing and cinched the choke. Schneider collapsed after a brief struggle, failed to free herself and reluctantly tapped.
