Jones’ brilliance inside the cage has been surpassed only by his dumbfounding behavior outside of competition. The Jackson-Wink MMA export has won all 11 of his title bouts in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, putting together a run of success that may never be equaled. Jones has enjoyed two stints as light heavyweight champion, the first of which was interrupted by disciplinary issues related to a hit-and-run incident. After regaining the undisputed title with a scintillating performance against archrival Daniel Cormier at UFC 214, Jones finds himself in danger of being stripped again due to a failed United States Anti-Doping Agency drug test. Even so, he has beaten everyone who is anyone at 205 pounds, from Cormier (twice), Mauricio Rua, Quinton Jackson, Lyoto Machida and Rashad Evans to Vitor Belfort, Alexander Gustafsson and Glover Teixeira.
