Podcast: Duane Ludwig, Fabiano Iha, Don Frye

TJ De Santis and Jeff Sherwood returned to the Sherdog Radio Network Monday as they broadcasted from the L.A. Fit Expo. Joining them on scene in Los Angeles were former fighters Duane “Bang” Ludwig, Fabiano Iha, and Don Frye.

Ludwig is just days away from a UFC title fight. However, the retired fighter will not be putting on the gloves himself, but his coaching cap. Ludwig breaks down UFC 169’s main event which features his Team Alpha Male pupil Urijah Faber as he faces bantamweight champion Renan Barao. Ludwig also chats about what the last year has been like since moving to Sacramento to run the MMA program at Ultimate Fitness.

Jeff also signs TJ up to have a pushup contest against a female fitness model as well as arm wrestle the woman. The guys also get back on topic and chat with Iha about his mixed martial arts television endeavors as wells as Frye’s “Predator Predictions.”
